How can I purchase tickets to The Fitzgerald Theater or other First Avenue events?
You can purchase First Avenue tickets in several ways:
ONLINE: Click on Buy Tickets in the Shows calendar or individual event pages on first-avenue.com.
THE DEPOT: Located next door to the 7th St Entry, The Depot Tavern is open 11:00 a.m.–1:00 a.m. Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m.–2:00 a.m. Friday, 11:00 a.m.–2:00 a.m. Saturday, and tickets can be purchased at the bar or the patio ticket window. (Service fee per ticket: $2.50)

BOX OFFICE: Approximately two hours prior to doors on any day-of-show.
I’m unable to use my tickets, can I get a refund?
No. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Any and all will-call name changes must be submitted to Etix during normal business hours (8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Monday–Saturday, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Sunday) at least 24 hours prior to the show and are subject to management approval.

How many seats does the Fitzgerald Theater hold?
The Fitzgerald Theater holds 1050 seats. The theater was designed so that no seat is more than 87 feet away from the stage; including the balconies.
Is photography allowed at the Fitzgerald Theater?
Photos are allowed on a show-by-show basis. It is imperative you check with the usher staff before taking any pictures during an event. Flash photography is never allowed.
Additionally, cameras with professional lenses, detachable lenses, or detachable flashes are prohibited from the Fitzgerald Theater, unless they are being used by members of the media who have been approved in advance.
Use of video cameras, audio recording devices, and digital cameras in video mode is strictly prohibited in the theater. The use of any of these items will result in confiscation and possible ejection from the facility.
These are general rules and can be overridden based on a specific request of the artists or outside promoters.
Is there an ATM on the premises?
There is an ATM on the Fitzgerald Theater premises.
You may also use your credit or debit card at the bars to purchase beer, wine, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages!
When do doors open?
Doors normally open one hour prior to an event. However, it is best to check before arriving. You can find door time on your ticket, the event page, and posted on our Twitter account.
Do you have a lost and found? What if I forgot to close my tab?
Contact us in the office Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. at (651) 370-2953 so we can verify that we have your item and arrange a time for pickup.
Any items left in coat check or lost and found over 30 days will be donated.
Where is parking available nearby?
While The Fitzgerald Theater does not have any parking, there are multiple parking lots and ramps within close distance to the theater. You can find a map at SaintPaulParking.com. Ramps nearby include the 7A Municipal Ramp, Children’s Museum, Daytons, the Lowry, and the Alliance Bank Center. There are a number of surface lots nearby, including the St. Peter Lot and Cunningham Lot.
